The AYC Foundation had a record year in 2023. Donations to the Foundation tripled which, in turn, enabled the Foundation to set a new record in grants --$125K-- to 40 sailors and organizations around the Mid-Chesapeake Bay. One of our grantees won a gold medal at the Pan American Games, a scholarship recipient has been invited to speak on a panel at the upcoming National Sailing Programs Symposium in Savannah, after school students enjoyed first-time-access to the water on their program's new kayaks, and three sailors are heading to the Olympic trials this winter.
